I approach frontend work from the user inward. Early support roles taught me to notice the gap between what a system does and what someone expects it to do, a lesson that still shapes the way I build.
Instinct, sharpened
Agency work turned that instinct into craft. Across campaign sites, CMS builds, and responsive products, I learned to keep design coherent through shifting requirements, tight deadlines, and the uneven realities of browsers and production.
Scale, widened
Moving to Québec changed both the scale of my work and the way I understood responsibility. At EspaceProprio, I grew into leading by making ambiguity smaller: listening closely, naming the real problem, and giving others a clearer path through it.
Systems, now
That lesson follows me at Equisoft. I still care about the exact behavior of an interface, but I spend just as much energy on the conversations around it: how a team reaches a decision, carries it forward, and trusts what it ships.
Beyond the screen
The same attention continues away from the screen. As a husband, father of two, photographer, traveler, and mentor, I keep the work in perspective: technology matters most when it makes life clearer, calmer, or more useful.
